Many thanks, and sorry about the text, I don't know how to make a file out of it. This sure doesn't make me want to buy it if this is going to happen. Twice in a row when I tried to make a global backup like I do on my PC it has told me it failed. I'm using the latest version and I run Big Sur 11.1 on my iMac.
